Alex

I turned my side hustle into an 8+ figure business and I can teach you how to do the same. For the last 5 years, I've been helping hundreds of women transform, grow & scale their businesses to have the freedom to create the life of their dreams

I Guide Entrepreneurs to Personal and Business Success Through the Art of Conscious Leadership.

I went on to work some side hustles (I used to be a nanny) but knew I needed to build something bigger for myself. After some research, internal assessments, and a leap of faith, I started my online business Glam Seamless with $1,500 I saved from nannying. 8 years later my business was acquired for over 8 figures!

All my life I struggled with keeping 9-5 jobs. In 2016 my life changed forever...

When I was 23, I had a negative bank account and I just got fired from my job.

my story

When I was 23, I had a negative bank account and I just got fired from my job.

I went on to work some side hustles and saved up $1,500 from nannying.

After some research, internal assessments, and a leap of faith, I started my online business Glam Seamless in 2012.

The Beginning

But being a woman and running a business, doing work you love and still being able to have a family is
not easy.

the full story

In just the first year, (with a baby on the way) I made my first $500,000.

Within the second year, I grew Glam Seamless into a seven figure business.

My team grew. I traveled a lot for speaking events and conventions.
We opened our first office and retail location in the heart of NYC.

In 2017, I was listed on Inc Magazine's 30 under 30 list

In 2018, I founded a nonprofit, She's First Gen, which works with young girls and female entrepreneur providing scholarships and mentorship.

Glam Seamless's total lifetime sales reached 95 million over the last decade.

The Growth

The business grew so big, I began receiving several inquiries from people wanting to buy Glam Seamless. Then in 2019, my business got inquired and sold for 8 FIGURES!

From there, it just kept growing! I expanded my team and products, meet and worked with amazing celebrities and professionals in the hair community.

Left NYC and opened another retail store and salon in West Hollywood LA.

But to tell the truth, it drained me, the scale and speed of it all.

I was managing too many people, lost my passion, and sold products faster than we could produce (especially during Covid).

The Tipping Point

I did a lot of this to please others and to prove I was worthy, but I sacrificed my fulfillment in exchange.

I knew my business was no longer in alignment.

I stepped down from CEO of my business in 2023.

The Epiphany

Slower life with my girls, healthier, and happier.

Mentor and work with other women who are starting their business.

Study and learn more.

Run my non profit - She's First Gen. And my new start up Tribe35.

Building it all again - risking it all - being intentional

Figuring out what work life balance truly looks like....

The New Goal

It's time to stop just surviving and start thriving. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way.
